On the afternoon of August 3rd, an online teaching seminar was held by SUCC with Chitralada Technology Institute. Nuanon Tanzale, Thailand principal, Juralak Kuptalat, deputy director of academic affairs, and curriculum research and development department, ministry of the interior, integrated department and other relevant personnel also attended the meeting. In addition, Yu Limin, the director of International Cooperation Division of SUCC, Sun Min, who is responsible for food quality and safety led by School of Health and Social Care, professional teachers, and related personnel of International Exchange and Cooperation joined the meeting, which was chaired by Yu Limin.

At the meeting, Yu Limin reviewed cooperative issues with relevant leaders and teachers of Chitralada Technology Institute which was concluded in June this year. Through these efforts, two schools have established a comprehensive and mutual understanding directly. Juralak Kuptalat, on behalf of all teachers and students of Chitralada Technology Institute, expressed his gratitude to SUCC. He also looked forward to deeper cooperation between two sides in the future based on communication and exchange in this meeting.

Sun Min introduced the training progress of international students majoring in food and nutrition from in 2022, and explained such issues as teaching schedule, main courses and learning forms for international students. As for the interactive session, China and Thailand had in-depth discussions and exchanged views on the field of teaching arrangement, course arrangement, mutual recognition of credits, student registration, time of coming to China, internship and other contents, and then reached a preliminary agreement on the time of coming to China. According to Yu Limin, a solid step has been taken in the cooperation between the two sides in light of online teaching seminar. When epidemic cools down, we would like to welcome Mr. Nuanon Tanzale, the principal, and teachers and students of Chitralada Technology Institute were welcomed to SUCC for further communication.

The seminar further strengthened the cooperation and exchange between two schools and the cultivation of talents. In-depth discussion on the details of teaching arrangement and internship for the 2022 students has been conducted for the food major of two schools in the future, so as to further seek common cooperation and make greater contribution to the training of vocational education talents both in China and Thailand.
