Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College (SUCC) successfully held the 2nd Training Course on Improving Health and Social Care Ability from April the 20^th to 24^th, 2023. The training was directed by the Medical and Health Teaching and Research Working Committee of the China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology and attracted more than 240 faculty members from more than 114 institutions and universities nationwide.

The training was closely related to the health and social care competition events. In the form of lectures and workshops, 15 aspects of training were conducted from the perspectives of employment hotspots and analysis under the influence of industry-education integration, interpretation of the World Health and Social Care Competition rules and extension of domestic competition, competition experience sharing, hospital case characteristics and operational skills scoring, etc., aiming to improve teachers' ability in ideological and political teaching and industry-education integration, which was widely praised.
