On October 12-15, the 7th National Simulation Collective Bargaining Competition for Colleges and Universities was held in Jinan City, Shandong Province. More than 500 participants (68 teams) from 34 universities across the country participated in the Competition. This event is hosted by the Labor Relations Branch of the China Human Resource Development Association (the CHRDA) and Shandong Management University. It is the largest and highest-level competition among the previous competitions.
A total of 10 players selected from the HR Management Major and the Labor and Social Security Major of the Public Administration and Service College of SUCC participated in the Competition. After fierce competition, Hao Huanhuan and Xu Chendi won the “Frist Prize of Best Negotiator”. The team won the "Third Prize for the Labor Party" and the " Third Prize for the Capital Party". Both Wang Caiping and Cheng Hui (teachers) won the "First Prizes for Excellent Instructors".
HR Management Major and the Labor and Social Security Major are the characteristic majors of public management in SUCC. Over the years, the talent cultivation system of "integration of double certificates" constructed upon the center of “labor relations coordinator” certificate has achieved remarkable results. Participating in the " Bargaining Competition" is not only a time to test the results of running our school and the quality of personnel training, but also an important promoter of promoting education and continuously improving the level of running schools.
