On the afternoon of February 28th, a 4-people delegation, including Mr. Yamaguchi Takenori (Chairman of NUKUMOA Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Yanagisawa Toshio (Chairman of HEARTFULLATAGO Co., Ltd.), visited SUCC. Mr. Chu Min (the Party Secretary of SUCC) met the delegation, while the heads of the School of Health and Social Care, the School of Public Management and Services and International Cooperation Division accompanied the reception.

Mr. Chu Min expressed warm welcome to the Japanese guests. According to him, in order to further improve the quality of professional talent training in nursing and social work, SUCC has been actively engaged in exchanges with relevant Japanese universities and elderly-oriented nursing institutions to explore more cooperation opportunities. He visited the Nursing Home of NUKUMOA Co., Ltd. during his visit to Japan last year, and was deeply impressed. The visit of the heads of the two nursing institutions for the aged would deepen the understanding of both sides and will be conducive to advancement of future cooperation.

During the visit, the Japanese guests also visited the training room of the nursing program and the social work professional training room, fully understood the training objectives, learning practices, enrollment, employment and other aspects of the two programs, and praised and approved the teaching facilities and equipment, the talent training models and the achievements of SUCC.
