Recently, the Notice of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission on Announcement the List of Municipal Innovation and Entrepreneurship College and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Practice Base Construction (HJWG [2022] No. 34) was issued by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. After being actively prepared for application, reviewed by experts, and approved by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, SUCC was finally successfully selected as the construction unit of Shanghai Municipal Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, which marks a new milestone of innovation and entrepreneurship education in SUCC, and is another fruitful achievement of SUCC's continuous promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.

Since the officially establishment of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship College in 2017, SUCC has built a whole-process, three-dimensional innovation and entrepreneurship education system with the guidance of "Course, training, competition, practice, incubation" as core, and deepened the student-oriented innovative talent training model of "Education shall be based on campus and combined with professional education; Incubation shall be based on off-campus, the way of cooperation shall be chosen". Based on the entrepreneurship and innovation education orientation of "focusing on awareness and ability cultivation, promoting project incubation", SUCC always adhered to the entrepreneurship and innovation education concept of "focusing on groups, providing guidance as needed, working hard as key point, daring to be innovative", and integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent cultivation. In 2021, SUCC established the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Steering Committee to further strengthen the guidance of its innovation and entrepreneurship talent training, promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching reform and construction, and comprehensively improve the talent training ability.

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship College actively coordinated multiple resources, strengthened the driving force of entrepreneurship and innovation, relied on the advantages of SUCC as the executive vice president unit of the National Rural Revitalization Industry-Education Integration Alliance (Rural Revitalization Vocational Education Group), the chairman unit of the Professional Committee for Personnel Training, the president and secretariat unit of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Alliance of Vocational Colleges in the Yangtze River Delta, and the secretary-general unit of Shanghai Retired Soldiers Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Promotion Association (preparatory), the vice president unit of Shanghai Xinnanxiang Innovation College, integrated the resources in innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching, such as course teaching, teacher training, entrepreneurship and innovation competitions, project incubation, etc., achieved co-construction of teacher courses, sharing of practice bases, co-organization of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, co-cultivating of entrepreneurship projects, and established a resource library of more than 100 innovation and entrepreneurship education tutors in the Yangtze River Delta.

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship College explored and promoted the collaborative education model of government, school, enterprise and industry, and creatively put forward the "three young innovations integrative development" service concept and incubation mechanism of "young innovation, military innovation and rural innovation". Through the co-construction of entrepreneurship park by schools and enterprises, the co-construction of township entrepreneurship school by governments and schools, the listing of Shanghai Veterans Entrepreneurship Guidance Station and Shanghai Veterans Entrepreneurship Service Station, and the co-construction of practice and training bases with Zunyi, Guizhou, Kashgar, Xinjiang and other cities, a new pattern of multi-party integration and cultivation was formed, and a mutual integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education, ideological and political education, professional education, vocational education, practical education, model worker (craftsman) spiritual education, and red education were deeply promoted. SUCC has successively held more than 10 entrepreneurship and innovation competitions at all levels, including the China International "Internet+" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Shanghai District Vocational Education Track, Shanghai Female College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Shanghai Retired Soldier Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, and the National New Media Marketing Competition. SUCC has held more than 30 activities such as forums and teacher training, the Yangtze River Delta Hundred Training Camp, and the "Internet+" Competition International Project Training Camp, continuously deepened social service capacity; SUCC has been awarded the "Shanghai A-level College Entrepreneurship Guidance Station" for two consecutive years, and the off-campus entrepreneurship park jointly built has been awarded the "Shanghai Retired Soldiers Entrepreneurship Incubation Demonstration Base". In recent years, the park has accumulated an output value of more than 340 million yuan, paid more than 11 million yuan of taxes, and created nearly 3000 jobs.

Guided by holding high-quality competitions such as "Internet+" and "Challenge Cup, the College of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship promoted the innovative education model of promoting education through competition, promoting learning through competition, and combining competition with training, so as to stimulate students' innovation consciousness and cultivate their innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability. In recent years, SUCC has applied for more than 10,000 mass entrepreneurship and innovation projects, participated in more than 30,000 students, cultivated 150 professional innovation teacher-student teams, won 12 national awards and 110 municipal awards, won the National "Challenge Cup" special prize and the first gold medal of China International "Internet+" National Competition in Shanghai Higher Vocational Education, and won consecutive awards. The number of entries, awards and award-winning grades of all kinds of competitions ranked first in Shanghai higher vocational education. The "Porcelain Repair", "Township Innovation Cloud" and other projects incubated and cultivated by the College of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship have attracted attention of many mainstream media, like Guangming Daily and People's Daily, and the relevant content has also been highly recognized by the national, ministerial and municipal leaders.

During the period of "14th Five-Year Plan", SUCC will continue to implement the initiative and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation, take the opportunity of being selected as the construction unit of Shanghai Municipal Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, integrate and rely on the innovation and entrepreneurship education practice resources and vocational skills training resources in the Yangtze River Delta, continuously deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship education course system, and consolidate the innovation and entrepreneurship education resource platform, create a plateau for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, contribute to the establishment of undergraduate vocational university, and provide high-quality and multi-level talent support for the rapid development of regional economy and society.
