On November 5, the Shanghai Mixed Drink Competition and Coffee Competition of the 5th China Cup Teachers Professional Skills Competition, jointly held by Shanghai China Vocational Education Association, Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Shanghai Education Committee was held in the Jing’an Branch of Shanghai YF Vocational & Polytechnic School. Xu Dongai and Wu Xi, teachers from Hotel Management Major of our Public Management and Service College won the third Prize together in the China Cup Mixed Drink; the work of Gui Fei by He Chunping won the third Prize of Chinese Style Coffee in the Coffee Competition; and Zhu Chengqi’s work of Han-Jiang-Xue won the encouragement prize in the Coffee Competition. 

Some competitors of this Mixed Drink Competition were judges of different Mixed Drink Competition in Shanghai, who came from Taiwan and Hong Kong. The powerful jury who has won a gold prize in world’s Mixed Drink Competition guaranteed the high standard of the competition. When Wu Xi was preparing the drink, she talked with the judges in English. It was really impressive, and was just like an international drinks competition. After the competition, the taste of the drinks prepared by Xu Dongai was specially praised by chief umpire.
