On the evening of November 1st, SUCC successfully held the opening ceremony of the Chinese Bridge "Silk Road Mandarin" -- Tea Culture, and started the online teaching. The opening ceremony was co-hosted by the International Exchange Department of SUCC, School of Urban Operation Management, China Branch of Association of Silk Road Countries Universities and Consulting Companies as well as the Chinese Bridge Club (Cairo Station in Egypt). More than 20 vocational colleges attended the ceremony. Yu Limin, Director of the International Exchange Department of SUCC, Huang Liang, Dean of the School of Urban Operation Management, Dong Jin, Secretary General of China Branch of Association of Silk Road Countries Universities and Consulting Companies, and Xu Yanhe, Vice president of the Chinese University of Egypt and President of the Chinese Bridge Club (Cairo Station, Egypt) delivered speeches.

The course was lectured by Zhang Zhigang, senior Chinese tea master, member of Chinese Tea Science Society, and lecturer of Tea Studio in Shanghai and teacher of School of Urban Operation Management of SUCC. It was mainly for students of Chinese University of Egypt who were interested in traditional Chinese culture. The two online courses on the evening of the 1st and 3rd attracted over 300 Egyptian students. At the same time, leaders and teachers from more than 20 vocational colleges at home watched courses.
