
On the morning of October 15, a delegation of three members including Veronica Chua, Vice President of MAHSA University, Malaysia, and Guo Hong, Chairman of Malaysia Century Education, visited SUCC for exchanges. Yang Xiufang, Vice President of SUCC, attended the symposium, accompanied by relevant leaders from the International Cooperation Division, School of Health & Social Care, and School of Continuing Education. The symposium was presided over by Tang Hong, Deputy Dean of the School of Continuing Education.
Yang Xiufang provided a brief introduction to SUCC's development history, academic disciplines, and international exchanges and collaborations, expressing hopes to leverage this visit as an opportunity for cooperation in areas such as faculty exchanges, student communication, and scientific research between the two universities. Veronica Chua extended gratitude for the warm reception from SUCC and elaborated on MAHSA University's educational heritage, geographical advantages, talent cultivation, and distinctive features. She conveyed willingness to actively deepen multi-faceted collaboration between these two universities, and faculty and students from SUCC are welcome for academic exchanges at MAHSA University. Subsequently, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions and reached consensus on topics including inter-institutional exchanges, faculty/student study programs, and scientific research and collaboration.
