Recently, China & Africa Technical and Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance and China & Africa (Chongqing) Technical and Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance issued "Notice on Announcement of the First Batch of Construction Units for Chinese Vocational Colleges in Exporting Post Occupation Standards in Related Industry and Supporting Talent Training Program Projects in Tanzania". SUCC has become one of the first batch of 42 project construction units in China, and is the only approved higher vocational college in Shanghai.

During this application, based on its own professional construction advantages, referring to the actual needs of Tanzania's industry development and talent training, the food technicians NAT4-6 of food quality and safety, food science and technology engineers NAT7-8, and the civil engineer NAT7-8 majoring in engineering technology have been organized and selected by SUCC, which was finally approved for the project. The project will be incorporated into Tanzania's national vocational education system and further promoted in its vocational colleges. Next, a detailed implementation plan, the special working group as well as working mechanism will be formulated by SUCC so as to ensure the project implementation with high quality.

In recent years, multiple measures have been taken by SUCC to vigorously promote the strategy of internationalization, and achieve remarkable outcomes in international exchanges and cooperation. The successful approval of this project can further advance vocational education cooperation between SUCC, Tanzania and African countries. And then professional standards of SUCC will be provided for Tanzania to build a Chinese vocational education brand. And all that effort will help Chinese vocational colleges "go global", and provide intellectual and talent support for a community with a shared future for China and Africa.
