Other leaders of SUCC, including Gao Shoulei, Dean of School of Architecture & Environment Art, Zhang Yunbin, the Dean, Xiao Ying, the Deputy Dean, and Liu Xiaodan, the Major Director of School of Food & Tourism, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Guo Hongtao.

Chu Min extended a warm welcome to the UK guests. He introduced the history and situation of SUCC to the guests, especially mentioned that the educational cooperation between SUCC and vocational colleges in the UK has achieved fruitful results in the process of internationalization. He mentioned that at present, China is accelerating the development of modern vocational education and promoting the integrated development of education, science and technology and talents through the integration of vocational and general education, industry and education, and science and education. SUCC is actively engaged in the development of vocational education, integrating OBE teaching concept into talent training programs, professional curriculum design and structure, and also carrying out research on international certification of majors. AIM is an accreditation and evaluation institution with professional qualifications in the United Kingdom, and CUK has a wealth of educational resources. We look forward to comprehensive guidance and certification for the design and implementation of our professional talent training work in the following tripartite cooperation, so as to further promote the international development of SUCC's majors.

The UK guests expressed their gratitude for our warm hospitality. Mr. Kevern Kerswell gave a detailed account of AIM's history and its business development. He mentioned that AIM, as a non-profit organization regulated by the government and authorized by the Department for Education of the United Kingdom, provides hundreds of accreditation services for more than 700 partner units in the United Kingdom, including more than 250 higher vocational colleges and helps over 50,000 students obtain more professional and higher quality academic studies and employment promotion opportunities every year. At present, AIM has overseas partners in more than 40 countries around the world, most of which are education departments, universities and academic institutions. The services provided by AIM have been widely recognized. Darren Horne said in his speech that CUK is the only partner of AIM in China and is mainly responsible for project implementation. Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College (SUCC) has become the first partner college of AIM in China. CUK will play a role as a bridge between it and high-quality institutions of higher learning in the United Kingdom to improve the efficiency of professional course matching, provide students with smoother and wider paths for overseas study, and also improve the internationalization of various majors.

During the discussion, the three parties carried out full exchanges and in-depth discussions on matters such as the introduction and implementation of United Kingdom standards, the evaluation and certification of SUCC professional courses, students' access to educational resources from CUK member institutions and vocational qualification certificates of the United Kingdom, so as to preliminarily determine the cooperation framework and implementation path.

The artificial intelligence Chinese-English bilingual simultaneous translation system was adopted at the meeting, which greatly saved communication time and improved work efficiency, leaving a deep impression on the guests. After the meeting, the UK guests visited the professional training room of the School of Food & Tourism of SUCC, saw the energetic teachers and students, and spoke highly of the training conditions and campus environment of SUCC.
