From June 27 to 28, the final of the 17th "Zhenxing Cup" National Youth Vocational Skills Competition (student group) innovation and efficiency special competition, jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League Center and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, came to an end. The "Zhenxing Cup" competition is a kind of vocational skills competition with a history of 17 years. This year, in addition to the main competition of vocational skills competition, a special competition of innovation and efficiency was also set up.

After internal recommendation and municipal selection, the project "BIM and IOT-based Elevator Big Data Informatization System", supervised by teachers An Ziliang and Tang Yifeng of SUCC, represented Shanghai to participate in the Creative Design Special Competition of the Senior Vocational Group. The project addresses social hot issues such as elevator safety and the elevator installation in old communities, using the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence algorithms and cloud platform technology. The project has built an informationization cloud platform with big data on elevator safety, realized information sharing among multiple parties, including government, elevator manufacturing and maintenance enterprises, properties and passengers, and provided a one-stop solution of "BIM + IoT monitoring and sensing" + "PHM intelligent maintenance with big data"+ "integrated safety management on cloud platform" for elevator centralized supervision and service. After fierce competition, the project finally won the national silver award, becoming the only award-winning project in the competition direction in Shanghai, and also achieved a breakthrough in the "Zhenxing Cup" National Youth Vocational Skills Competition.
