Recently, SUCC held the international certificate awarding ceremony of China-UK Vocational College of Excellence. Vice President Guo Hongtao, China-UK Cooperation Major heads, teacher representatives and students in this major attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Yu Limin, Director of the International Cooperation Division.

At the meeting, Yu Limin, on behalf of China-UK Vocational College of Excellence, reviewed the achievements since China-UK professional cooperation establishment. Teacher representatives and student representatives took the stage to share their experiences and gains. A video specially recorded by the British expert representative Phil Jones was also played at the meeting. Despite the distance of thousands of miles, the British expert still misses the teachers and students of the college very much. He recalled the wonderful moments spent in SUCC, and sincerely wished the students who have obtained the certificate to bring what they have learned to their future careers.

Subsequently, Guo Hongtao and relevant teachers issued international certificates to each of them and took a group photo.

The successful obtaining of 23 students on this International Certificate marks an important step forward for SUCC in China-UK joint development of high-level majors, it is also a new exploration of China-UK talents training model. Under the background of economic globalization and "Internet+" bringing opportunities and challenges to vocational education, SUCC will continue to align with international standards, gather various high-quality resources, gradually improve the international level of professional teaching allocation and curriculum construction, so as to cultivate outstanding talents with solid professionalism and international perspectives steadily.
