On the afternoon of November 2nd, SUCC held an appointment ceremony for newly promoted teachers with high-grade professional titles and high-level talent symposium in Fengxian Campus, aiming to further strengthen the construction of the faculty, shape new talent advantages and core competitiveness of SUCC, as well as support the development of SUCC. Chu Min, the Party Secretary of SUCC, President Ye Yinzhong, Vice President Yang Guangjun, Wang Xiaohui, director of Organization Department, and leaders of Personnel Office, Academic Affairs Office and Planning and Evaluation Office also attended the ceremony. The appointment ceremony for newly promoted teachers with high-grade professional titles and high-level talent symposium in 2022 was chaired by Yang Guangjun.

At the meeting, Yang Guangjun announced the appointment decision of high-grade professional titles in 2022. President Ye Yinzhong presented related certificates to newly promoted teachers.

Rong Siping, from the Office of Planning Management and Quality Assessment introduced the application work of SUCC.

Newly promoted representatives including Huang Liang, Zhao Huiqun, Xiao Ying and newly introduced high-level talents Li Tao made speeches respectively. Based on their own experiences, they summarized the course of their teaching, scientific research and discipline construction. And then they thanked SUCC for actively advancing the reform of education evaluation, improving the teacher evaluation mechanism, as well as promoting the growth and development of teachers. They said that they would take the appointment as a new starting point, integrate personal development with SUCC, give full play to their professional strengths and advantages. Moreover, the cultivation of teacher ethics will be strengthened further so as to concentrate on education, and promote the development of various undertakings of SUCC. All these efforts are made to produce new contributions to SUCC’s goal of becoming a vocational university at the undergraduate level.

Ye Yinzhong, on behalf of SUCC, congratulated the 37 professionals and thanked them for their long-term efforts and contributions to the reform and development of SUCC. He also pointed out that SUCC has always attached great importance to the construction of the teachers who served as the main forces for college to train talents. Also, professional and technical job recruitment was important to improve the SUCCs teaching structure, give play to the leading role of talents, and advance SUCC's high-quality connotation development. He stressed that progress should not be stopped. Professional titles had boundaries followed by limitless knowledge. Teachers should carry out in-depth research and continuously contribute high-level academic achievements. And they should try to become high-level teachers in light of professional construction, and teaching and research. To be affectionate teachers, work harder, and produce mutual achievement including personal progress and the development of the SUCC

In his speech, Chu Min said that the appointment of professionals was not only a landmark achievement in the teachers' career, but also a new achievement in the construction of SUCC. It was a key to improve the core competitiveness of SUCC. The appointed teachers were the backbone of SUCC's professional construction and discipline construction, so they should set higher requirements on themselves, fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and people. More efforts should be made to actively promote talent training and discipline construction. Teachers should be encouraged to embrace a big pattern in a concerted effort to speed up the undergraduate professional goals courageously; Second, to be a great man with broad knowledge, adhere to moral cultivation, strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics, vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, and concentrate on educating; Third, greater contributions should be further made by strengthening teamwork in teaching, scientific research and social services.

Such qualities as love, and patience can continue to strengthen personnel training. SUCC will invest more resources in teaching, and scientific research to provide services. Further analysis and research will be performed by functional departments.
